Joan Pratt, Group Leader, is a veteran in the real estate industry. Initially a licensed Broker of Record in California, then in 2006 relocated to Colorado for her husband's job with VISA. She now holds an Employing Broker license for the State of Colorado. This is the highest level of licensing available here. She specializes in estate and luxury homes in the Douglas County and Denver Metro areas but first time buyers are dear to her heart too.
As a full-time broker, Joan has the resources and experience to extensively network so that each transaction is successful and enjoyable for her clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing guitar, and discovering new local coffee shops. She’s excited to help bring your real estate journey to life through powerful and purposeful marketing.
Meet Shelby, a key support behind every successful closing. Shelby brings hands-on experience in title, escrow, and mortgage closing operations and a strong understanding of the full real estate transaction process. She coordinates with all parties, prepares and reviews documentation, and ensures files meet regulatory and TRID lender requirements. Detail-oriented and highly organized, Shelby is committed to delivering smooth, accurate closings clients can trust. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, walking her Colorado Mountain Dog and Silver Lab, and training for races across Colorado.
Meet Elizabeth, the fresh energy behind our newest internship role. A first-year college student, she’s jumping into this experience with genuine enthusiasm. She loves trying new things, meeting new people, and staying involved. When she’s not studying or working, she’s probably singing, spending time outside, or with her pets. Elizabeth brings a positive, grounded attitude to everything she does.
