Joan Pratt, Group Leader, is a veteran in the real estate industry. Initially a licensed Broker of Record in California, then in 2006 relocated to Colorado for her husband’s job with VISA. She now holds an Employing Broker license for the State of Colorado. This is the highest level of licensing available here. She specializes in estate and luxury homes in the Douglas County and Denver Metro areas but first time buyers are dear to her heart too.
