She coordinates with all parties, prepares and reviews documentation, and ensures files meet regulatory and TRID lender requirements. Detail-oriented and highly organized, Shelby is committed to delivering smooth, accurate closings clients can trust. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, walking her Colorado Mountain Dog and Silver Lab, and training for races across Colorado.
