What It Means
Most of these areas sit between 3 and 6 months of inventory, which is a balanced market. 80109 is the tightest, with more homes closing than new listings coming on. In 80104 and 80108, new listings are outpacing sales, so pricing and presentation matter more. Sedalia and Franktown acreage markets give buyers time to compare.
